One sentence in. One live marketplace out. Charge $99/month plus take rate.

Phase 2: Add the Growth Engine

The platform that ships the company has to also help run it.

Plug in Customer.io for lifecycle email. Use June or PostHog for analytics that an operator can read. Wire up Intercom Fin or Decagon for AI customer support that learns the business.

The dashboard says: "You have 12 chefs and 87 customers. Your top neighborhood is Brickell. Here are three growth experiments to run this week."

Operators stay because the platform makes them better operators.
