Resumes You Can’t Fake

The One Liner

Proof-of-skill resumes, verified on-chain.

The 140 character tweet (or X) version

People lie on resumes. This tool makes them verifiable. Upload experience once, and any employer can trust it instantly, no backchanneling needed.

The Longer Story Version

The Problem
Resumes are fiction. LinkedIn is theater.

People exaggerate titles, fudge dates, and sprinkle buzzwords like they’re seasoning a bad steak. Meanwhile, companies are stuck playing detective, calling old bosses, emailing references, and praying HR gets it right.

It’s 2025. We’re doing background checks like it’s 1998.

And let’s be real: credentials should be provable. Not just claims written in a doc you made in Google Drive.

The Solution
A resume you can’t fake. One that lives on-chain.

Here’s how it works:

  • You log your work history, skills, projects, certs, anything that proves you’re legit.

  • Each item gets verified by a credible source (your company, manager, cert provider).

  • Once verified, it’s minted on-chain. Yours forever. Portable, provable, and tamper-proof.

It’s like a Blue Check for your career.
Except you don’t pay Elon, you own it.

Employers can check your history in seconds. No more “Can you send me your resume?” or “Do you really know Python?”

Just one link, and it all checks out.

How We’d Build It

Stage 1: Solo Hacker MVP
🔨 “Just build it” energy

  • Use Polybase or Tableland to store skill attestations on-chain in a human-readable way.

  • Connect to wallets with Privy.io for identity + auth, users don’t need to feel like it’s crypto.

  • Use Zupass for ZK-based verifications (great for privacy-preserving credentials).

  • Simple React front end with a searchable profile URL

Stage 2: Startup Mode
⚙️ Let’s make it usable at scale

  • Partner with bootcamps, universities, and tech companies to verify skills (first supply side wedge).

  • Integrate resume builders like Standard Resume for easy import.

  • Add job marketplace filtering: “Only show candidates with on-chain credentials.”

  • Soft-launch through DAOs, hacker houses, and dev communities (trust-first adopters).

Stage 3: Scale & Moat
🚀 Become the new LinkedIn

  • Work with hiring platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to verify applicant history instantly.

  • Build a “Skill Graph” thats not just what you did, but who you worked with (proof-of-collab).

  • Incentivize verifiers with on-chain rewards (e.g., proof mining for validators).

  • Add APIs so startups, freelance platforms, and headhunters can embed trust instantly.

Why It Needs to Exist
Because we verify $200K+ in transactions with crypto wallets…
But we still take people’s word on their $80K job skills.

This flips hiring from trust me to check me.
Faster recruiting. Fairer evaluations. And finally, the end of resume B.S.

I built something last weekend.

Not a startup. Not really.
Just a tool I wished existed.

I’d been helping a friend with his YouTube titles. Great content, no clicks. We didn’t need better ideas, we needed better packaging.

So I opened up Lovable, pushed some prompts, and by Monday, I had something working.

It’s called TitleBooster. You drop in a rough title, and it kicks back 3 spicy, click-ready ones with scores and feedback.
Zero code. Just a weekend, an idea, and the tools.

But here’s where most people stall.

The prototype exists… and then it gathers dust.
You got it 80% of the way, but the final polish? The structure, the scope, the go-to-market? That’s where things get foggy.

I’ve been there too many times to count.

That’s why we built NTE Zero to One.
It’s not a course or an incubator.
It’s a bridge from “I built something” to “people are using it.”

We’ll shape your idea, scope your MVP, and get you a real build quote, fast. $49.

No cofounder required. No fundraising needed. Just motion.

If Saturdays email landed, you know what I’m talking about.
If it didn’t, well… now you’re caught up.

Time Traveler VC from 2030 Reviews Your Deck

Ah, yes... 2025.
The era of vibes-based hiring.

Back then, you’d apply for a job by submitting a PDF full of self-written fiction. “Led a cross-functional team.” “Shipped product to 10 million users.” “Proficient in Excel.”
Everyone was a visionary ninja with 7 years of experience at age 24.

We called it a resume.

And somehow… we believed them.

I still remember sitting on hiring panels, reading bullet points like a judge at a storytelling competition.
Half the interview was trying to decode what “launched growth initiatives” actually meant.
(Spoiler: it meant they ran a Mailchimp A/B test once.)

So when your deck landed on my desk in 2025, a startup offering on-chain, verified resumes, I laughed.

Not because it was a joke.
Because it was inevitable.

Back then, we were still investing in narratives.
But you were building receipts.

You pitched a simple idea:

What if your skills, past roles, and certifications could be cryptographically verified, not claimed, proven.

Instead of uploading your resume for the 38th time, you'd link a wallet.
Inside it?
Signed attestations from past companies, managers, collaborators.
No middlemen. No calls to references. Just verified proof that you know your sh*t.

It was one of those “obvious in hindsight” ideas like Stripe for credentials.
But people didn’t get it at first. Too early. Too technical. Too... not sexy.

Some investors passed. They didn’t see the moat.
They wanted another AI co-pilot or a new FinTech app for dogs.

But what they missed was this:

In a trustless world, proof becomes product.

You weren’t just fixing resumes.
You were rebuilding credibility infrastructure for the internet.

And once companies started using it?
They never looked back.
Hiring got faster. Bias dropped. Fake degrees disappeared.
And best of all?
People stopped exaggerating their impact on LinkedIn posts.
(Some of them left entirely. A blessing.)

By 2027, the system plugged into every major hiring platform.
By 2028, colleges started issuing on-chain diplomas by default.
Now? It’s weird not to verify.

Your company did what all great startups do:

You solved a boring, painful problem with a product that felt like magic.

You made something true, portable, and permanent in a world where everyone was faking it.

So yes, we laugh now.
At the PDFs. The buzzwords. The reference calls.
But in your deck? I saw the future.

And you built it.

You Only Get to Read the Titles.
