How We’d Build It
Stage 1 – MVP (2 months)
tage 2 – Growth Mode (6–12 months)
Product: Native app with geo-tagging, event categories, and a “Teleport Me” shuffle button.
Monetization: In-app tipping via Stripe Connect + brand sponsorships for cultural hubs.
GTM: Partner with tourism boards, airlines, and cultural organizations to promote “live previews” of their cities.
Stage 3 – Platform Play (Year 2+)
Product: AR overlays (think: street food ratings in real time) + AI translation of overheard conversations.
Monetization: Tiered subscriptions (ad-free, exclusive streams, 4K feeds).
GTM: License the feed API to travel sites, hotels, and even VR headset companies for immersive “stay in the lobby” experiences.
Why It Needs to Exist
Because the internet made the world small, but not live.
This is the closest thing to teleportation you can buy for $0.

Maya: “So… like Twitch, but for culture instead of gamers?”
