From Idea to Reality: My Non-Technical Journey
I’ve always had ideas. The kind you jot down in your Notes app at 1am. The kind you ramble to your friends about until their eyes glaze over.
But here’s the truth, I never built them.
Not because I was lazy. Not because the ideas were bad.
But because I wasn’t technical. And when you’re not technical, everything feels like a dead end. You don’t know where to start. You don’t want to burn $50K on a dev shop. And no one wants to “join your startup” just because you have a Google Doc.
That’s why I started Needs To Exist, to inspire people like me with ideas worth building. And more importantly, to help them actually build.
I’ve led go-to-market at startups that went from zero to IPO. And others that went from zero to out of money.
So I’ve seen both sides of the story: great ideas without execution, and great execution without a soul.

The no-code + AI era means people like me (and maybe you) can finally build what’s been in our heads all along.
I’m talking about tools like Replit, Lovable, AI agents, and drag-and-drop APIs - tech that lets anyone, even non-coders, build the first 80% of a working product.
It’s a massive unlock. For the first time, the barrier to starting has basically disappeared.
But here’s the catch:
80% isn’t enough.

I reached out to a CTO I used to work with (and close friend) - someone I used to vent to about this stuff constantly. He’s been building real products for 20+ years and I asked him how can we bridge this gap.
That’s why we started NTE Zero to One.
It’s not for the hacker crowd.
It’s for the dreamers, marketers, creators, founders, people with vision but no code.
It’s built on a simple idea:
AI can help you start, but you still need a plan to finish.
We help you cross the last mile, refining your MVP, creating your GTM plan, getting your first users, and actually launching.
Whether you’re a solo builder or inside a big org trying to ship quickly, we help you go from "I made something cool" to "this is real and people are using it."

Let me give you a real example.
As we build this community of idea-driven builders, we also want to build tools to help you level up every part of your business, from content to growth to product naming and positioning.
I was helping a friend with his YouTube channel, and we kept going back and forth on titles. We’d come up with a banger idea, but the title? Flat. Boring. No click.
We didn’t need content ideas. We needed better packaging.
So I built TitleBooster. It takes your meh title and gives you 3 spicy, clickworthy, algorithm-friendly alternatives.
I built it myself, zero coding experience. Just an idea, Lovable, and a weekend.
TitleBooster takes your rough YouTube title (or Reddit post, eBay Listing —whatever) and gives you:
A score (1–100) with feedback on what works
3 sharper, platform-optimized options, each with its own score and explanation
Tailored output based on where you're publishing (YouTube titles don’t work on Reddit and vice versa)
It’s not perfect. Yet.
But that’s the point.
TitleBooster exists because of this new wave of AI-first, code-optional tools.
It’s 80% there. On my own, that’s as far as I could’ve gone.
I will run this through NTE Zero to One - our process to clean it up, polish the product, and ship it right.
That’s the unlock:
If I can build something real as a non-technical founder… imagine what we can do together with the right structure, support, and systems.
👉 Try TitleBooster 100% free (3 boosted titles/month)
Then hit reply and tell me what you think - what worked, what didn’t, how we can make it better. I read every response.
And if you have other ideas for tools we should build for the NTE community.
Reply and share it.
We’re building in the open and we want to build with this community.
And i’m sure you know by now - we love a good idea.

If you’re building something, anything and stuck between idea and launch:
👉 Sign up for NTE Zero to One
We’ll help you close the gap and bring your idea to life
And if you haven’t joined NTE Pro yet… honestly, it’s kind of a no-brainer.
It’s over 4,000 startup ideas (and growing every week). All categorized, searchable, and weirdly fun to scroll through when your brain needs a spark. Side hustles, big swings, niche markets, you’ll find all of it.
It’s $99 for the whole year.
If you’re even thinking about building something, it’s the easiest investment you can make.
You don’t need to wait for a cofounder.
You don’t need to raise money.
You don’t need to ask permission.
You just need to start.
Let us help you finish.
